China Money Network released an outlook report on what’s coming for China’s artificial intelligence sector in the next 10 years at the World Economic Forum Annual Meetings of the New Champions in Dalian China today. Premier Li Keqiang emphasized China’s determination to continuing opening up and reform, talked many times of “creating a fair business environment.” What he said is encouraging. Now people will see if action matches words. China has been taking about “deepening reforms” for years and what took place was “stalled reform”. China needs to deliver on those promises.
