Bitcoin Futures Exchange (Bakkt) Announces Liquidation of Assets by Former CEO of Bitcoin Futures Exchange (Bakkt)

Kelly Loffler, former representative of Bitcoin futures exchange Bakkt, who was suspected of insider stock trading during the market crash caused by coronavirus, said she was liquidating her assets with her husband.

Loffler said on Twitter that she is focusing on dealing with the coronavirus situation by liquidating a management account that holds a BTC (bitcoin) futures exchange Bakkt with her husband, ICE CEO Jeffrey Sprecher.

She added that all transactions will be reported in a public and periodic transaction report.

I'm taking steps to focus on the essential things we all have to do to defeat the coronavirus beyond distractions. Although Senate ethics rules don't require it, my husband and I are clearing our assets in managed accounts and moving to exchange transaction funds and mutual funds. I'll report these transactions to the regular transaction report that I submit at the end of this month."
