It’s one thing to “know" how to realize results

It’s one thing to “know" how to realize results. It’s something entirely different to be able to realize them in the world. And it’s not easy.

It’s such a pleasure to not only speak with these two leaders (CEO of Hy-Vee (10B+ supermarket), Randy Edeker and President & COO of Wakefern (16B+ supermarket), Joe Sheridan) about how they do it. But be able to partner with them to take their businesses to the next level.

My favorite part? Realizing innovation has nothing to do with technology; it’s entirely in peoples’ thinking. Thinking drives language. Language dives culture. And culture drives results.
