Davos 2020 Cyberfuture Dialogue https://lnkd.in/emr_PGJ on a stunningly sunny day high in the snowy Alps above Davos, held a highest level executive roundtable of select global leaders which debated the hot topic and issued a call to action on cyber in the Age of Irreducible Uncertainty induced exponentially by technological convergence.

From the norms, principles and guidelines of Cyber War/Peace to the socio-economic impacts of cyber-crime to the need for a new paradigm in approaching the development of new technologies - luminaries from NATO, various industries, governments and academia have tackled every facet of this ever elusive crucial issue.

On the emerging tech Panel we looked at the risks of leaving tech development in the hands of oligopolies that have taken and aggregated our data into their massive data servers in an exploitative and one-sided deal.

If the preeminent mission that you have given to AI so far is to spy, sell, kill, and gamble, then the Super-AI of the future will learn to do this in ways beyond our imagination and control...

Lets open the development doors to "We the People" and reward contribution (data and algorithms) to train benevolent compasssionate systems poised to support humanity's challenges - and get the risk level to "green"
