3. Mable (Chuling) Jiang may be my favorite person in crypto! Her insights into venture investing in the space should be table stakes for anyone looking to build companies or invest. In addition, her deep knowledge of the Asian markets are a demonstrable competitive advantage.

4. I should ski at conferences more. Epic

5. Hot topics I'll always want to talk about in 2020; 1. DeFi (~USD 800M locked in), 2. Derivatives (CME BTC option volumes on day 1?! love it), 3. Lending 4. Insurance. Blocking and tackling set the stage always.
