We at Earlybird Venture Capital will implement the Leaders for Climate Action Sustainability Clause pushing both ourselves and our portfolio companies to be more climate-conscious.

More than 20 leading German venture capital firms have joined Earlybird, amongst them Project A Ventures, HV Holtzbrinck Ventures, Cherry Ventures and Picus Capital, to include this clause in our term sheets and shareholder agreements. We announced this today at DLD on stage – together with Anna Alex, Andreas Kunze, Boris Wasmuth, Jan Christoph Gras and others. It´s a strong signal coming from the German digital industry:
