Curiosity and hunger that was what I saw in the eyes of an auditorium full of undergraduates.

What would the job market be like amidst global macro uncertainty?

How would geopolitical risk shape future careers?

What are the #megatrends that will disrupt the world? These were the topics that I spoke about at SIM Investment & Networking Club (INC) youth investment symposium.

When I asked an audience full of bright undergraduates - where they want to work when they graduate, almost unanimously, the response was, they want to pursue a banking career.

I cautioned them that the future banker would need more metal dexterity and flexibility to cope with the fast changing banking landscape.

Skill sets that were relevant in past had to be relearnt, through a combination of different disciplines such as computing and coding.

Creativity will be the key ingredient.

New decade, New realities will require new mindset and skills. Are we excited or afraid to embrace change?
