Keep Dancing, Keep healthy and Become more energetic! **The first TWO photos was the performances I had done before I started my own #startup. Once I started my own startup, I decided to stop dancing since I feel like I need spend more time on work. **But slowly I feel more and more neck pain, back pain etc, so I have to spent lots of time and money on PT, massage, and acupuncture, but it never really solve my problem. Until recently I started dance again(Ps:The Third Photo is my new #dance crew in Seattle), I feel like my body being alive again!

I feel so grateful that I have such an amazing #hobby that can keep me alive, help me relief stress and feel more energetic! **Lot of my friend told me that they don't have time to do work out or hobbies. I would say, get up 1 hour early every day, invest yourself with you hobbies, keep doing this, never give up! It's worth a try!
