World Youth Form in Egypt

So fantastic to speak this week at the World Youth Form in Egypt, which hosted nearly 8,000 government officials and youth from the region to discuss the future of new technologies, including blockchain. https://lnkd.in/d4pb2UK

I was honored to moderate the panel on "Blockchain: Multiple Applications & Unlimited Prospects", which was uniquely insightful due to the diverse and talented panelists from around the world, including Phu Styles (US + China), Carel de Jager (South Africa), Angela Mirembe Semwogerere (Uganda), Dr Mark van Rijmenam (Netherlands), Ayat Amr (Jordan) David Casey (US) and Mandla Magagula (South Africa).

We covered a wide variety of blockchain topics in this 2 hour (!) conversation ranging from refugee identity, crypto scams, music tokenization, the food supply chain, tokeneconomics, voting, central banks digitizing their currencies and travel use cases. Blockchain really is a global technology and amazing projects are happening around the world in a broad range of sectors. 2020 should see some of these projects scale and I can't wait!
