Asia Payments Summit in Shezhen

Was exciting to moderate a panel on #digitaltransformation and #fintech’s impact on the same at the Asia Payments Summit in Shezhen last week. One of the best panels I have had the privilege to moderate, with excellent inputs and thoughts shared by Morgan McKenney from Citi, Vincent Lau from HSBC and Leo Ly from EigPay. We discussed current state of play of digital transformation in banks, how effective these programs have been and where banks are heading next in their journey. This was complimented with discussion on how fintechs can integrate with banks and vice versa, and how to make banks agile and change not just systems, but also attitude and culture.
