At first, everyone asks WHY you’re doing it. Later they’re all asking HOW you did it. Here’s how I did it: Listen to you and your ideas over everything. Believe whole heartedly in them. If you don’t, why would anyone else? Understand feeling scared is a good thing. Accepting this will allow fear to pass. Change represents a loss of some kind and letting go of familiar is exactly the loss that you need. You must let go of mediocre if you want to grab great. Protect your ideas early on when they are the most vulnerable. I didn’t tell anyone I was writing my first book until I was almost done. Take massive action and no matter what obstacles you meet just keep going. You will begin to see the dots connect if you don’t give up on you.
