ICC International Financial Crime Forum at Shangri-la Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Today I attended the ICC International Financial Crime Forum at Shangri-la Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. If you’re active in the compliance and risk management, legal industry, I highly recommend checking out their upcoming events. It was great to see Robin Lee 李显龙, Farhan Fuad from #Refinitiv. I’ll be attending Robin Lee’s tomorrow session on “Tomorrow’s technology and how it will influence financial security /crime.” The ICC International Financial Crime Forum provides the participants with the opportunity to gain awareness on the changes being affected due to technological innovations, gain awareness of international trends in financial instrument fraud; discover new and innovative due diligence measures; enhanced investigative techniques in combating financial fraud; examine how to reduce risk through financial networking and understand the legal remedies available to combat fraud. Great to know more about the organised crime by Jon Longo from the US Department of Homeland Security
