A new computer virus, "GoLang," written in the programming language "Go," has been identified among computer security researchers.

According to security specialized computer developers, virtual currency mining malware is required to scan infected servers for IP addresses where certain photos on the network are revealed to infect other servers.

Servers infected with virtual currency mining malware are required to run a script called XMRig that implements Monero (XMR).

The malicious program is also reported to have an adverse impact on the system's behavior, such as invalidating the server's security softwares, executing scripts such as deleting logs, and forcibly terminating processes that control more than 30 percent of memory resources.
