Aladdin's Magic Lamp Makes Grey Zone New Market

It is a painful reality in Korea's economic society such as the loss of motivation for small and medium-sized companies, funds that are solely focused on real estate investment, non-marriage stocks that people give up buying their own homes, people losing desire to save money, and the daily lives of small business leaders in their 50s and 60s who focus only on golf because they don't want to pass hard work on to their children. There is a limit to turning their minds back to the passionate mindset they once had in the past or making them to put effort in participating in the outstanding political movement along with political leaders and social or corporate movements.

China beat our economy and we are tired of America. Now, exploring new market is the only solution to our country's economic crisis. However, as we're not living in an imperial or colonial era, there are limits to finding new markets from the outside. Some people think we can find new market in reunification of the South and North Korea, but it is still too far from the current situation. Measures should be taken before the collapse of the real estate market, as a last hope since small- and medium-sized enterprises that have lost their economic drive and lost their R&D drive have collapsed. Grey Zone is an area regarded as a social impact sector such as the disabled people, national spirit, support for the socially weak, arts and culture, safety and security of citizens, crime prevention and eco-friendly environment. These fields have been regarded as an area for donation and service, in which only the particularly poor and good people sacrifice themselves and shed light on the dark side of society. The nation is also a sector that is not being addressed by lack of budget and equity, and financial institutions are marginalized due to lack of profitability and efficiency. The new market is the area in which NGO civic groups have been making efforts with donations.

Some may not know, but our efforts to revitalize the Grey Zone market already started. The ultimate purpose of urban regeneration, SDGs (sustainable goals), and smart cities, which have become a lot more popular recently to solve the problem of Grey Zone. However, lack of sustainability in the social impact business has been a drag on the expansion of the market due to the Grey Zone nature, which has been shunned by the government or private sector. After all, if Grey Zone is to expand into the new market and become a new driver of the slumping economy, a new financial system is needed to enhance the sustainability of the revenue that was lacking.
