With the advent of the era of 4th industrial revolution, as soon as we got used to Object Internet, Artificial Intelligence Alpha Go, Unmanned Autonomous Vehicle, Humanoid Robot, Augmented Reality at certain degree, block chain is shaking the world.

Even before the technological ability of block chain is not verified yet, it has been long time since the danger signal rang when even middle and high school students are jumping on the investment of bit coin. Like a pyramid selling, there is a voice of concern about the side effects of making a fortune at one stroke, but the heat toward the block chain is too hot. When everyone is surprised by the aftereffect of the economy, if turning your eye on the world, it is likely to shake the political area. Since the advent of new media technologies, those who pay attention to the history of the revolutionary change which the world experienced, took the initiative.

When World wide web(WWW) technology introduced in 1989 opened the way to popularize the Internet, the world was overwhelmed by the biggest change since the first industrial revolution in the 18th century. In communism that we know, there exists a non-class social organization based on the public ownership of the means of production in which the capitalist class is extinguished and the working class is the subject, we aim such a system.

However, Russia or China, the suzerain state of communism took the lead in the economic revival by introducing the market economy system and recognizing the private property, the last communism country, North Korea recognize the market economy by allowing ‘Jangmadang’, actively attracted the investment of oversea capital by forming many economic development zone or international economy development special zone.

 

 

In order to improve the polarized income system where winner with creative destruction technology takes all, based on capitalism 4.0, the democracy is operating the partial concept of communism such as profit sharing system to share profits with small business by disguising it with flowery language of warm capitalism. But, the most important matters of social polarization are originated from the centralized information and power of abnormal policy and economic governance which has continued from the past.

In the gangsters like organizational culture of people in power, the winners in the election abandon the promise that they will serve the people, conducted the evils such as sharing important positions regardless of the ability, permanent power and serious corruptions of some class, which is the sad reality of most countries.

Here, we saw the hope which can solve the centralized evils which have continued for thousands of years through the fairness of anonymity of block chain represented by decentralization, and the possibility of autonomous participation, trust, verification and technology compensated into coin. Therefore, youngs people who are specialized in information communication technology (ICT) from all over the world are competitively jumping to the unknown area of ‘block chain democracy.

Flux, Australia's new political party is attempting to overcome the structural limits of democracy with a "voting rights system" that incorporates market economy principles. In the Silicon Valley, 'Liquide Democracy' experiment which delegates voting right is in full swing. In Japan, 'Crypto democracy' which uses a block-chain cipher system to design a new social operating system, was born.

 

 

While internet is evaluated as media containing information, the block chain is evaluated with the enormous potential which can contain both information and value at the same time. There are lots of countries which already enter the era of block chain democracy. Estonia which has less than 30 years since the independence from a satellite state in Russia has turned the entire national system into the block chain based system, surprising the world. Finland is using block-chain technology to ensure 'economic fundamental rights' that further raise the level of basic rights. Of course, no one can assure that the experiment of block-chain democracy around the world will be a journey towards better democracy.

No body knows whether human race will be the slave of AI robot or AI server SW skynet due to greed and egoism after passing the singularity special point in the future society where everything is super connected, super conversed, and super intelligent, or whether the future will be the society of ABC block chain communism in which true social good and value are realized. Only the right idea network participated by citizens with pure passion is needed, and the 'national virtual party' of Naver Café can be an example as a small effort.
