Announcement of the Exchange's overall ranking on seven items, including the financial regulatory environment, transaction monitoring and the illegality of operations

In a survey conducted by a cryptocurrency data research firm Cryptocompare, Coinbase topped the list with 60.3 out of a total score of 70 points, followed by Polonix with a combined score of 53.10, and Bithumb with a combined score of 10th and Upbit with 43.30.

The latest "Cryptocompare" survey says it calculated evaluation scores from its own criteria based on seven categories. According to the rank, Binance, which is rapidly gaining popularity, ranked eighth.

Cryptocompare analyzes cryptocurrency data in the UK. It is also partnering with VanEck, which applied for Nasdaq or Bitcoin ETF to provide data for cryptocurrency exchanges.

The analysis and evaluation method of CryptoCompare were based on the following seven criteria:

- Local financial regulatory environment

- Legal registration status and maintenance of KYC/AML

-Investment Background

- Key skills and experience

- Convenience of exchange trading system

- Transaction monitoring system

- Market liquidity, stability and inflated oil on each exchange

What should be noted in this analysis is that the top 10 companies with great financial regulatory environment and legal status are composed of five from U.S., two from Japan, one from Korea, one from UK and one from Malta. In addition, companies such as Coinbase, Gemini and BitFlyer also own New York Bit License, which is notorious for its difficulty in obtaining the license.
