We have received reports that Upbit phishing sites are being exposed when searching for ‘Upbit’ via Google search engine.
Please check Upbit URL (https://www.upbit.com) when accessing Upbit through search engines such as Google.

Phishing sites do not have any function other than Log-in, and Kakao account login page is also made as a phishing site.
If you enter your login information on this site, your personal information may be leaked.

When you log in to Upbit, Please kindly check Upbit URL address again.
Please do not enter login information (Kakao account email, password, and Kakao verification number) on the site if you believe it is a phishing site by following the instructions below:

After accessing Upbit, make sure there is “Dunamu (KR)” mark and lock icon on the URL address window. - Phishing sites do not have this mark.
Check the URL address (https://www.upbit.com) when accessing Upbit. Phishing sites use similar URL addresses.
When using a search engine such as Google, make sure that the search tag is attached. - Phishing sites have ad tags on search sites like Google.
Make sure that menus other than Login are active. - Phishing sites do not have any menu other than Login.
When log into your Kakao account, make sure that the page is displayed in Korean. - The phishing site displays the Kakao account login page in English.
Check if there is Upbit icon on the browser window. - Phishing sites do not show Upbit icons on the browser window.
When connecting to the site, check whether there is a confirmation process of the security browser. - Phishing sites do not have a secure browser verification process.
