Facebook Global Coin (GLOBALCOIN) White Paper is Scheduled to be Released on June 18th.

According to US TechCrunch Media, Facebook's virtual currency project GlobalCoin's whitepaper will be released on June 18th.

At the financial conference "Money 20/2" held in the Netherlands from June 3rd and June 5th, a representative from Facebook's European branch claimed, "as reported by various media outlets, the GlobalCoin aims for a Stable Coin, but it also has multiple countries in mind that will not only operate in U.S. dollar."

Meanwhile, its virtual currency project's code name, Libra, was newly incorporated in Switzerland in May. CFTC officials acknowledged Facebook's move and identified it as a simple "initial consultation stage." The leading British platform, Financial Times (FT) reported that Facebook has been continuing its conversation with the U.S. CFTC to issue its own virtual currency. Meanwhile, the public attention is also growing significantly in as Facebook continues its efforts.
