Cameroon Blockchain Business Council

was deeply honoured to be invited both as panelist and a blockchain expert at the United Nations @UN on Tuesday June 4, 2019 together with over 400 leaders for the 2nd Annual Blockchain for Impact Global Summit @blockchainsdg @pvblicf. The goal of the summit was to bring together industry leaders, innovators and governments to focus on how technologies like #Blockchain can help address some of the world toughest challenges. I got to meet some amazing people like Sergio Fernandez de Cordova, Dr. Mihaela Ulieru, Rick Levenson, Vinny Lingham, Anne Connelly and Karen L. Ottoni Through the Blockchain Commission, Blockchain experts will be able to engage with all the Sustainable Development Goals (#SDGs) and collaborate with institutions working on global problems. I talked about the New Kids On The Block(chain) programme for children developed by the Cameroon Blockchain Business Council and also shared some details about the Interstellar app developed by Fintech Ltd @fintechcm in Cameroon and Interstellar Innovation Pte Ltd in Singapore @interstellarsgd. The Interstellar app @interstellardex which is a "SWIFT for Digital Assets" was designed and built to help address some of the most pressing challenges relating to global remittances and financial inclusion. #Cameroon, #bfi2019
