Fintech Forum 2019

Today was an incredible day at the #SEC's first #FinHub #FinTech Forum. Being part of it was an absolute honor. I'm so thankful to the SEC staff for including me on the Capital Formation Panel (Panel 1). I'd also like to thank the SEC staff who worked tirelessly to make today a reality, & for the thoughtful, insightful - and sometimes poetic - remarks that many of them shared today. #ValerieSzczepanik's speech, for instance, was phenomenal, as were comments by, among many others, Director Bill Hinman, Chairman Jay Clayton, Commissioner Hester Peirce & Dalia Blass. In addition, panelists and moderators (such as Jonathan Ingram) throughout the day were brilliant and dynamic. I learned so much from all of them. I'd also like to thank my friends, contacts & colleagues in the space who reached out to me last night & this morning with words of encouragement & good luck. Or later in the day. It meant so much. There is nothing like looking out into a sea of faces & realizing that so many of them are friends.
