New Agenda for 2030 India National Development Strategy Industry 4.0 & 5.0 India Revolution

1. Poor people's despair of the jobless & dream, companies' desire for advanced technology, and jobless desire for more job-openings.

1) Social needs and government policies are too different. There are many students, unemployed, and retirees who want to get a job, but there are no talents needed by companies in the era of the 4th & 5th industrial revolution, and the current public education system, which does'nt teach the core the technology of 4th Industrial revolution should be changed.

2) Minerva of the United States, Ecole 42 of France, the craze for innovative education around the world... As such, we will build a revolutionary Industry 4.0 CPS education platform from 2024 and public education that satisfies students, the unemployed, and the enterprise by converging project-oriented on-site practical education that companies need with public education will be developed.

3) National & local government' economy symbiosis will be together with education, industries and markets to transform the previous poor economy

4) We will solve the problem realistically by establishing Industry 4.0 Smart Economy Grid, a national economy booming & job-matching platform that matches artificial intelligence in both directions for job seekers and companies looking for jobs.

1. 실업 및 꿈에 대한 가난한 사람들의 절망, 기업의 고급 기술에 대한 열망, 실업자의 더 많은 일자리 개방에 대한 열망.

1-1. 사회적 필요와 정부 정책은 너무 다릅니다. 4차 및 5차 산업혁명 시대에 기업이 필요로 하는 인재가 없어 일자리를 얻고 싶어하는 많은 학생, 실업자 및 은퇴자가 있습니다. 또한 현재의 공립 교육 체계는 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 기술을 가르치지 않으므로 변경되어야 합니다.

1-2. 미국의 미네르바, 프랑스의 에콜 42, 전 세계적으로 혁신적인 교육에 대한 열풍... 이와 같이 2024년부터 혁명적인 산업 4.0 CPS 교육 플랫폼을 구축하고 기업이 필요로 하는 프로젝트 중심 현장 실무 교육을 공립 교육과 융합하여 학생, 실업자 및 기업을 만족시킬 것입니다.

1-3. 국가 및 지방 정부의 경제 공생은 교육, 산업 및 시장과 함께 이전의 가난한 경제를 변형시킬 것입니다.

2) It is an ESG (environmental, social issues, and governance structure) that solves national problems by converging them with platform technology of the 4th industrial revolution and promotes Industry 4.0 ESG national policy, which is the source of national economic development with many job-openings.

3) We will innovate the national economy with the world's first Industry 4.0 & 5.0 symbiotic smart city & economic infrastructure platform for the fourth industrial revolution that combines previously failed smart cities, ESG, hydrogen economy, smart industries (Agriculture, Mining, Sightseeing......) and smart national governance without ignorance, crime, and corruption.

2. 2024년 경제 혁신 정책

2-1. 2024-2030은 Chat-GPT가 지배하는 4차 산업혁명, 상생 2 경제, 탄소 중립, 사회적 공정(더 이상의 부모와 권력 교체, 귀족 조합), 공공 부패, 인공 지능 로봇, 현실 공간 확장(메타버스), 4차 산업혁명 생태계가 모든 산업 분야에 계속해서 적용되는 시대입니다. 이를 통해 기존의 구조를 변화시키기 위해 소개될 것입니다.

2-2. 이는 4차 산업혁명의 플랫폼 기술을 활용하여 국가 문제를 해결하고 많은 일자리를 창출하는 국가 경제 발전의 근원인 4차 산업혁명 ESG 국가 정책을 촉진하는 ESG(환경, 사회 문제, 거버넌스 구조)입니다.

2-3. 세계 최초의 4차 및 5차 산업혁명 상생 스마트 시티 및 경제 기반 플랫폼을 통해 국가 경제를 혁신할 것입니다. 이는 이전에 실패한 스마트 시티, ESG, 수소 경제, 스마트 산업(농업, 마이닝, 관광 등) 및 무지, 범죄, 부패 없는 스마트 국가 지배를 결합한 제4차 산업혁명을 위한 것입니다.

3. 현재 국민들은 여당과 야당의 권력 중심 해바라기 정치인, 부정부패, 3대 지도자의 부모주도 기회, 국가 발전을 위한 무지하고 무능한 정책, 좌파와 우파, 보수와 민주주의 논리에 관심이 없습니다.

3-1. 민주 국가의 요새인 3권분립 (입법, 사법 및 행정)은 12세기의 강력한 군주, 부유한 지주, 종교 사이의 권력 분리였으며, 국민을 위한 것이 아니었습니다.

3-2.국가는 국민 소유이며, 3권분립의 주체는 국민으로부터 위임받았지만, 그들은 국민을 위해 일하지 않고 정부를 위해 세 권한을 독점하고 불필요한 권력을 행사하고 있습니다.

3-3. 4차 산업혁명 시대에는 초연결, 초융합, 초지능 분권화 및 분산된 블록체인의 시대입니다. 우리는 국민이 언제 어디서든 자발적으로 참여할 수 있는 산업 4.0 지배 플랫폼을 구축하고 공생의 개념으로 새로운 민주경제 국가의 기반을 다지겠습니다.

3-4. 4차 산업혁명 시대의 스마트한 국민들은 과거의 3권보다는 국민의 행복을 추구하는 권리를 요구하고 있습니다. 이를 위해 우리는 모든 시민이 새로운 시대에서 행복한 국가를 구축할 수 있는 산업 4.0 국민 행복 플랫폼을 만들 것입니다.

4. The core issues of the next 2024~ are Economy and Jobs, Extreme Climate Change due to Global Warming, no matter what anyone says.

4) Until then, the strategy of hydrogen energy, hydrogen economy, and carbon-neutral system will be developed by the concept of the 4th industrial revolution Waste-Zero platform (Waste-to Energy).

5) Hydrogen will be produced from the fossil fuel (Grey hydrogen), carbon dioxide capture, decomposition (Blue hydrogen), and renewable energy electrolysis. (Green hydrogen). but considering economic feasibility, the quantum mechanical universe and the origin of Earth's birth, The 4th Industrial Revolution Hydrogen Platform, which uses infinite hydrogen from the universe and the sea economically. will establish the world's first hydrogen economy by 2030.

4. 다가오는 2024년 이후의 핵심 이슈는 경제와 일자리, 무엇이든 말할 수 있는 극한 기후 변화로 인한 지구 온난화입니다.

4-1. 2030년에는 모든 북극 빙하가 사라지고 기후 위기가 극심해집니다.

4-2. 2030년에 40~60%의 온실가스 감축은 전 세계 모든 국가가 수행해야 하는 정책입니다. 국가 정책으로 어떻게 해결할 것인지는 중요한 문제입니다.

4-3. 핵발전소에 대한 반대 정책을 포기하고 한국이 최고의 기술을 보유한 핵융합 에너지(인공 태양) 및 SMR을 개발할 것입니다. 이는 2030년까지 완료될 것입니다. 현재의 재생에너지 정책은 포기하고, 경제적인 우주 태양 발전 및 실제 도시 생활에서의 에너지 중립성은 2030년까지 완료될 것입니다.

4-4. 그 사이에 수소 에너지, 수소 경제 및 탄소 중립 시스템 전략은 4차 산업혁명 폐기물 제로 플랫폼 (폐기물 에너지화) 개념으로 개발될 것입니다.

4-5. 수소는 화석 연료로부터 생산될 것이고(회색 수소), 이산화탄소 포집 및 분해(청색 수소), 재생 에너지 전해 분해(녹색 수소)가 이뤄질 것입니다. 그러나 경제적 실현 가능성과 양자 역학 우주 및 지구 탄생의 기원을 고려하여, 우주와 바다에서 무한한 수소를 경제적으로 이용하는 4차 산업혁명 수소 플랫폼은 2030년까지 세계 최초의 수소 경제를 수립할 것입니다.
