DAILY COIN NEWS(DCN)-BROWN CHICKEN ‘DNCOM payment MOU’

On 17th in Dongdaemoon, Daily Coin News (CEO Kim Mi Ae) and Brown Chicken (CEO Kim Seung Ri) decided its partnership where customers can pay chicken from Brown Chicken Dongdaemun in DNCOM, a cryptocurrency instead of cash or credit card.

As cryptocurrency payment is appearing in our daily lives, it is no longer a myth or news. Many called it a payment revolution, since it skips the intermediary institutions or bank and reduces fees in the process.  

In addition to MOU with Brown Chicken, Kim continues to put effort in diversifying the use of DNCOM in areas such as Gangnam Beauty Plastic Surgery, Cre8tor (an app project with Tune Token) where CEO Erik Mendelson envisions using blockchain technology to easily create and share music, and Tubaani, a 3D animation studio and creator of a globally trending character LARVA. Through MOU, Kim wants to ensure that there are more uses to cryptocurrency than mere trading. She commented, “such efforts with DNCOM will create a stable environment for cryptocurrency while increasing accessibility and utility in people’s daily lives.”

Already, the world’s largest e-commerce company, Amazon started introducing cryptocurrency in its payment system and other major companies such as Barnes &  Noble, Office Depot, Baskin Robbins, Starbucks, etc. are following this trend. 
 Despite having clear regulations from the government, Korea also begins to incorporate blockchain and cryptocurrency in people’s daily lives. For instance, Samsung Smartphone S10 now comes with cryptocurrency wallet, DalKom Coffee which appeared in famous Korean TV show, Mr. Sunshine started Paycoin (PCI) payment starting 25th of the last month. Paycoin was created from payment solution company, Danal and plans to expand its system to Domino Pizza, convenience stores, etc.
