CALVEREN HOLDINGS Receives Principal License for Philippines’ Special Economic Zone CEZA

Calveren Holdings(President : Kyeongdae Baek) received the principal license (license of highest authority) on Cagayan Economic Zone Authority of Philippines for the first time as the Korean company. In receiving the principal license, Calveren Holdings clarified its plan for active promotion of various businesses related to 4th industry together with World Distribution Federation (WDF, Chairman : Jaehak Lee). Calveren Holdings and WDF signed joint agreement in last November.

According to WDF, Calveren Holdings signed contract for expanding to Cagayan Economic Zone Authority under the name of its subsidiary, Increz Korea Co.Ltd, and had official license awarding ceremony in December 13.

The awarding ceremony was held in Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, Philippines. In the ceremony, minister Raul Lambino who was specially appointed by president Duterte for operation of CEZA (Cagayan Economic Zone Authority), people concerned from Korea and Philippines, and CEZA staffs were present.

On the awarding ceremony, minister Lambino said “Increz Korea which is the subsidiary of Calveren Holdings has become the first Korean company to receive principal license for cryptocurrency” and declared that “Philippines approve of Increz Korea as the the first company for businesses in CEZA”.  

From the awarding ceremony, Increz Korea acquired principal license with highest authority for implementing all cryptocurrency-related businesses such as Fintech, blockchain, and ICO on CEZA.

Furthermore, Increz Korea can cooperate with other businesses such as construction field, distribution business, financial business, health supplement food business, hospital business, educational business, various game industries, integrated entertainment business, casino, and plant as the cooperative agent at CEZA.

President Baek said “As Increz Korea acquires the principal license for CEZA, we can now issue various types of ‘sub-license’ to other foreign countries and Korean companies for doing business in CEZA and we can receive the commission fee from issuing the sub-licenses”.

Chairman Lee of WDF explained that “CEZA license given to Increz Korea is not a general license. It is the principal license with the highest authority and it is a special license which is issued only to 25 global businesses and organizations in the world”.

Last November 29, WDF signed joint agreement with CALVEREN HOLDINGS, WHM (WMH-KOREA) which is WDF’s corporate for profit-making business, and CEZAINT INVEST for joint promotion of 4th industry-related business in CEZA.
